Expert Drywall Wins 2016 NWCB Outstanding Interior Commercial Project

Seattle, WA — The Boeing Customer Experience Center project was an upgrade of a warehouse shell. The layout of the walls and ceilings used 3-D modeling from the architect’s CAD designs during the design, layout and construction phases. Expert Drywall used its in-house robotic layout tools to create a custom solution for the design team’s goal of creating serpentine lines for the control-joint locations.

Virtual tools put Everett tower on the fast track

Seattle, WA — Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is celebrating its first year of patient service in the new Marshall and Katherine Cymbaluk Medical Tower.

Critical subcontractors were engaged early in the process to help develop the aggressive schedule goals. They included Hermanson (mechanical), Veca Electric, Diamond B Constructors (plumbing), Walters & Wolf (curtain wall), Goldfinch Brothers (glass and glazing), and Expert Drywall.

Expert Drywall Wins 2012 NWCB Outstanding Project of the Year Award

Seattle, WAExpert Drywall of Redmond, WA, wins the 2012 NWCB Outstanding Project of the Year Award for Light-Guage Steel Framing (Washington) for the SeaTac Consolidated Rental Car Facility.

The Port of Seattle Consolidated Rental Car Facility’s fifth-floor main lobby ceiling was made from light-gauge steel studs. The ceiling is 412 feet long, varies from 13 to 38 feet in width, and curves in three directions.

A Towering Achievement

Seattle, WAExpert Drywall of Redmond, Wash., is one of this year’s Northwest Wall & Ceiling Bureau’s award winners for its work on the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (the charitable organization founded by the creator of the Microsoft Corporation) Iris Campus in Seattle.

Expert Drywall, Inc. Wins 2011 Interior Commercial NWCB Award

Seattle, WA — The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Iris Campus is comprised of two six-story office buildings, a reception building with basement and a 400-car underground parking garage. The project totals about 870,000 square feet and is located on eight acres.
